Strength training should be FUN! Uplevel your fitness with this high-energy, low-impact, body conditioning workout. We use a variety of training tools such as free weights, TRX and resistance bands to build muscle, improve core strength and maximize mobility. Music is the backdrop to all my classes and this one doesn’t disappoint! Space is limited so register in advance.
